Who are we and why us?
We are landlords ourselves. My partner and I joined corporate America after completing our master's degree 15 years ago. Over the years, outside of our 9-5 jobs, we started investing in rentals in different Baltimore neighborhoods. We now own and manage a portfolio of residential properties throughout the Baltimore areas, including the city and county. We have extensive experience with market renters as well as government housing programs. We also possess real estate and CPA licenses.
We found our passion and love with real estate over the years. We know what matters to a landlord.
